Third-party data processors

Always There uses the following processors. We share only the data each one needs to provide its service.

ElevenLabs (voice cloning). When you record your voice sample, the audio is sent to ElevenLabs to create your voice clone. ElevenLabs receives the voice recording and returns a private voice ID we use to synthesize speech in your voice. Voice samples are not used to train ElevenLabs' general models. See ElevenLabs' privacy policy for their handling and retention practices.

Children's data (COPPA)

Always There is intended to be set up by a parent. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. The child's first name and approximate age are entered by the parent during onboarding and stored only to personalize content.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it at any time by emailing hello@alwaysthereapp.com. Deleting your account also deletes the cloned voice from our systems and triggers a deletion request to ElevenLabs.
